ViitorCloud developed a digital twin solution that was holographic, state-of-the-art, helping to understand and explore the Gwalior Airport Master Plan in a virtually Stunning Environment.
Our client, The Airports Authority of India, or AAI, is a Statutory body under the ownership of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, responsible for creating, upgrading, maintaining, and managing civil aviation infrastructure in India.
It provides Communication Navigation Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) services over the Indian airspace and adjoining oceanic areas.
Objective
AAI’s objective was to take the opportunity to present the future of Gwalior Airport's new civil enclave terminal in an engaging and interactive way to the distinguished dignitaries attending the foundation stone laying ceremony including the Union Home Minister, Chief Minister, Aviation Minister, and other prominent personalities

Traditional ways of presenting architectural designs and promoting projects can be old-fashioned and hard to grasp.
CAD files are big and take a long time to load, making it tough to picture the full impact of a design. This Immersive Digital Twin Solution solves the issue of loading time and data through its unmediated interaction.
Plus, there's often a lack of real-time data, which makes it tricky to understand how a project is progressing or how it will look in the future. That's where our digital twin solution came in place.
It was optimized and lightweight with real-time data feeds which made it easy to load to get an idea of how the airport will look in the future.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday laid the foundation stone for the development of a new terminal of Gwalior Airport.
The ceremony took place on 16th Oct 2022 in the presence of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmer Welfare Narendra Singh Tomar and Union Minister of Civil Aviation and Steel Jyotiraditya M Scindia.
