SBM Holographic Experience - Transforming Sanitation Awareness with Mixed Reality

Project Overview

ViitorCloud Technologies collaborated with the Government of India, in partnership with Moving Pixel, to create an innovative Mixed Reality (MR) experience using Microsoft HoloLens for the Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM). The project aimed to educate attendees at an exhibition, including high-profile leaders such as the Prime Minister of India and the UN Secretary-General, about the mission’s objectives and achievements. The MR demonstration covered various aspects of sanitation, including public toilet hygiene, waste management, and household practices, in a captivating and interactive way.

Client Brief

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) launched the Swachh Bharat Mission to promote sustainable sanitation practices and solid waste management across India. As part of the third-year celebration, the 'Swachh Bharat Divas' in New Delhi aimed to increase awareness and encourage positive attitudinal changes toward hygiene and sanitation.
