The Objective

The primary objective of the MIS Portal is to support youth employment programs by creating an efficient and streamlined system that manages multiple stakeholders, including Program Managers, Trainers, and Center Coordinators. Key features of the system include:

• Enrolling candidates based on sectors, caste, and education backgrounds.

• Creating and managing multiple training centers and assigning batches.

• Keeping track of candidate attendance and evidence submission.

• Exporting detailed reports of programs and candidates.

• Allowing trainers to upload attendance and assessments.

• Enabling center coordinators to assess candidates and generate invoices for each batch.

The Challenge
