ViitorCloud delivered custom web portal development for Calopad: a B2B sales portal that lets admins, partners, and customers manage card sales, activations, and revenue tracking in real time.
Calopad needed to sell its device through a network of partners: shopkeepers, chemists, and physiotherapists who sell prepaid cards to end customers. Doing that by hand does not scale. Someone must create partner accounts, issue cards, track which cards are activated, and work out the revenue and profit split for every transaction across the whole network.
The hard part was math, in real time. The client wanted a backend that could handle complex revenue and profit calculations and show them live on an admin dashboard, not in a spreadsheet pulled together at month end. At the same time, three different audiences had to use the same system: admins managing the network, partners activating cards and watching their own revenue, and customers redeeming a card by scanning it. Each needed a view that fits how they work.
Without a single connected platform, sales tracking would stay fragmented, and partners would have no clear view of their own performance, which is exactly the friction that slows B2B sales.
ViitorCloud approached the b2b portal development as one connected system with three tailored entry points, rather than three disconnected tools.
Real-time revenue engine on Node.js: We built the backend on Node.js to run the revenue and profit calculations and push the results to the admin dashboard live, so finance figures are always current rather than reconciled later.
Role-based access for three audiences: The partner portal software gives admins the ability to create and manage partners, generate cards, and track revenue, while partners activate cards and monitor their own revenue and stock; each role sees only what it needs.
Embedded customer widget: A customer-facing widget embeds a partner's website as an iFrame, so buyers scan a card, verify the code, and submit details to redeem it without leaving the partner's site.
Angular frontend for clear navigation: We used Angular to give every role an intuitive interface, so a non-technical chemist or physiotherapist can operate the portal without training.
Shopify for order fulfillment: The backend order process runs on Shopify, so card purchases flow into an established commerce engine instead of a custom-built checkout.
The honest difficulty. The revenue and profit logic were the demanding parts. Each card moves through an admin, a partner, and a customer, and every step affects who earns what. Getting those calculations correct and updating them in real time on the dashboard, without slowing the interface, took the most careful work, because a wrong figure shown to a partner erodes trust in the whole platform.
What the portal gives the business:
Sales management that scales: Admins onboard partners, issue cards, and track the whole network from one place instead of manual record-keeping.
Visibility for every partner: Partners see their own revenue and stock in real time, which keeps them engaged in selling the device.
A smooth path for customers: Scanning and redeeming a card happens on the partner's own site, with Shopify handling the order behind the scenes.
What the portal delivers:
Real-time revenue and profit tracking: for admins and partners improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
Automated order fulfillment: through Shopify integration, reducing manual work, and speeding up fulfillment for customers.
A single platform across three roles: that ties admins, partners, and customers together and improves overall user engagement and satisfaction.
The Calopad Cards portal shows what good B2B tooling looks like: one connected system, real-time numbers each role can trust, and a redemption flow that meets customers where they already are. ViitorCloud built the platform so Calopad can grow its partner network without growing its manual workload.
Calopad shows how a well-built B2B portal can replace manual tracking with real-time visibility for every partner. If your sales network has outgrown spreadsheets, talk to the ViitorCloud team or explore our SaaS product engineering services.
