ViitorCloud built the MariDeal Partners Portal — hotel management software that gives travel and hospitality partners revenue, booking, and deal insights from a single dashboard. The build combined web development, UI/UX design, and DevOps services on a scalable Laravel and AWS architecture.

The Challenge: Partners Running Blind Across Disconnected Tools

MariDeal is a leading travel and hospitality platform in Mauritius, offering last-minute deals on hotels, villas, and spas to Mauritian citizens and residents. Its hotel partners, however, were running blind. They managed their properties across multiple disconnected tools, with no consolidated view of revenue, reservations, or active deals. There was also no central communication channel back to MariDeal, which slowed every day-to-day decision.

MariDeal needed travel software development that pulled all of this into one place. Partners wanted full visibility into property performance, the ability to act on time-sensitive deals quickly, and data they could use to plan for growth. Without it, partners were making profit-critical decisions on incomplete information, and MariDeal could not scale its partner network efficiently.

The Solution: A Custom Partner Portal, Not a Generic Dashboard

ViitorCloud delivered the MariDeal Partners Portal as a custom web portal development project, built around a few deliberate decisions rather than an off-the-shelf dashboard.

• Consolidated dashboards over scattered tools: We designed multiple dashboards that bring revenue, bookings, and customer ratings into one view, so partners track each property and plan instead of stitching reports together.

• Performance metrics and forecasting: The portal lets partners review revenue, forecast growth, and benchmark against industry standards — turning raw numbers into decisions.

• Deal and coupon control with Stop Sales: Partners update deals, manage coupons, and review bookings in a few clicks, and the Stop Sales feature lets them halt rooms or services instantly during peak occupancy.

• A direct communication panel: We integrated a Conversation Panel so partners talk directly to MariDeal's admin team, removing the back-and-forth that used to slow issue resolution.

• Migration from Magento to Laravel: We migrated all operational components from Magento to Laravel for better scalability, performance, and flexibility, and integrated the Sabre Sync, Magento, and Calendar APIs for synchronized bookings and availability.

The honest difficulty. The platform had to handle large datasets and real-time updates without slowing under high traffic and heavy transactional load. Migrating a live operation off Magento while keeping bookings and availability synchronized through third-party APIs such as Sabre Sync was the demanding part — it required careful sequencing so partners never lost access to their data during the move.
