MariDeal, a leading travel and hospitality platform in Mauritius, offers last-minute deals on hotels, villas, spas, and more, exclusively to Mauritian Citizens and Residents. To enhance collaboration with its hotel partners, MariDeal sought a solution that would allow its partners to manage and optimize their properties more efficiently. The MariDeal Partners Portal was developed to give hotel partners detailed insights into their business performance, enabling them to analyze data, manage day-to-day operations, and make profitable decisions.
The Partners Portal serves as an extension of the main MariDeal platform, allowing partners to monitor their online presence, manage properties, update deals, review revenue, and more, from a single dashboard.
The key objective of the Partners Portal was to provide MariDeal's partners with an easy-to-use platform that could give them full visibility into their property performance. The platform was designed to streamline operations, provide valuable insights through data analytics, and support decision-making processes that could drive long-term growth. Partners needed a portal that would not only help them manage their business but also allow them to plan for future expansions based on real-time insights.
Before the development of the MariDeal Partners Portal, hotel partners faced difficulties managing their properties across multiple tools.
