Project Overview

ViitorCloud delivered SoReal through real estate app development across tablet, TV, and a CRM backend, turning property interiors into interactive 3D experiences buyers can customize before they buy.

The Challenge

An Indian real estate developer wanted buyers to do more than walk through a brochure or a set of static renders. Photographs and floor plans cannot show how a room feels at different times of day, or how it changes when you swap the furniture, so buyers were making decisions on incomplete information and sales teams had little to differentiate one viewing from the next.

The developer needed something closer to architectural visualization services than a marketing gallery: a virtual property tour of interiors that buyers could control, plus technical plan views for electrical, plumbing, and cooling systems. The experience also had to stay consistent across two very different screens, a handheld tablet used by an agent and a large TV used in a showroom.

Without an interactive way to present interiors, the developer risks losing engagement at exactly the moment a buyer is deciding whether a property is right for them.

The Solution

ViitorCloud built SoReal around a small set of deliberate engineering choices rather than a generic 3D viewer.

  • Unity for real-time interiors: Closer to 3d architectural visualization services than a slideshow, the interiors needed to render and respond instantly, so the team built them in Unity with interactive lighting, day and night modes, and object interactions such as opening doors and switching lights.

  • Two coordinated client apps: A tablet app lets agents navigate properties through a 2D map and a 3D interior view, with login, QR code scanning, property listings, and plan visualization. A TV app reused the same 3D models for a large-screen showroom experience driven by QR codes.

  • Node.js backend with a CRM: A Node.js backend managed property and customer data and exposed the APIs both apps consumed, while the CRM let staff keep listings and customer details current.

  • Interior customization: Buyers could change interior colors, swap furniture models, and switch themes, so a single property could be shown in several configurations.

The hardest part was realistic day and night lighting rendered in real time on both a tablet and a TV. Matching visual quality on a handheld device and a large screen meant tuning the 3D scenes carefully so the experience held up without dropping frames on the weaker hardware.

Value Proposition

What SoReal give the developer and its buyers:

  • Lifelike property exploration: Buyers can experience interiors realistically before a purchase decision, instead of imagining them from plans.

  • Personalized interiors: Customizable colors, furniture, and themes let each buyer see a space the way they would use it.

  • Consistent multi-screen viewing: The same property presentation works on a tablet in the field and a TV in the showroom.

The Results

What ViitorCloud delivered:

  • A three-part platform:: a tablet app, a TV app, and a CRM backend built to work together.

  • Interactive 3D interiors: with day and night modes, light and door controls, furniture interactions, and technical plan views for electrical, plumbing, and cooling systems.

  • A reusable presentation tool: that lets the developer show any property in multiple interior configurations.

Conclusion

SoReal turns property viewing into something a buyer can touch and change. By building the 3D interiors in Unity and connecting two client apps to a single backend, ViitorCloud gave a real estate developer an interactive way to present interiors and hold a buyer's attention through the decision.
