The Challenge

The Odisha government's skilling program spans many stakeholders and thousands of candidates, and it needed one system to hold all of it together. Program Managers had to enroll candidates by sector, caste, and education background, then create and manage multiple training centers and assign batches. Trainers needed to upload attendance with evidence. Center Coordinators needed to assess candidates and generate invoices per batch. And everyone needed detailed reporting they could export.
