ViitorCloud built Wazir, a tenant-based project management tool that gives each organization its own environment with real-time performance analysis, standardized timesheets, and clear billable and non-billable task tracking.
After more than ten years of working across different project management tools, the same gaps kept showing up: no real-time view of how a project was performed, timesheets that were filled in inconsistently, and little clarity of how many hours were spent on which tasks. Teams could see that work was happening, but not whether it was on track or where time was leaking.
Wazir was created to close those gaps. The brief was a tenant-based project management software where every organization that signs up gets its own customized environment, suited to how that team or project runs. It had to surface the information managers care about, performance analysis, task management, and real-time reports, in a way that helped them optimize operations rather than just log activity.
ViitorCloud built Wazir as a tenant-based online web app, with a unique environment per organization, around a few deliberate decisions.
Multi-tenant by design: Each customer gets an isolated, customizable environment, so one project management tool can fit very different organizations without forcing a single rigid workflow on all of them.
Real-time performance analysis: Managers can monitor how an organization and its projects perform as work happens, which turns reporting into a decision-making aid instead of a monthly look back.
Billable and non-billable task tracking: Running tasks are split into billable and non-billable, giving clear visibility into invoicing and where hours go.
Timesheet standardization: A single, unified timesheet format reduces the discrepancies that come from everyone recording time their own way, creating consistency across projects. In practice it gives teams the timesheet management software discipline that ad-hoc tracking never delivers.
Custom reporting and daily summaries: Real-time reports and daily activity summaries give managers actionable insight without waiting for someone to compile it.
The honest difficulty. The recurring problem Wazir was built to fix, inconsistent timesheets and unclear hours, is a behavior problem as much as a software one. Standardizing how time is captured across many independent organizations, each with its own way of working, meant designing a timesheet and reporting model strict enough to be consistent yet flexible enough that teams would adopt it without training.
What Wazir gives the business:
A view suits each company: Open configuration and multi-company support mean the same tool adapts to different organizations rather than the other way around.
Proven, not theoretical: Wazir has been in use since 2018 with 200+ engineers, with regular UI and UX updates, so adopters are buying a tested tool, not an experiment.
No learning curve: A user-friendly interface means teams can go onboard with no training, so the tool starts paying back quickly.
It keeps improving: Weekly updates and added functionality mean the platform evolves with the way teams work.
What Wazir delivers in practice:
In production since 2018 with 200+ engineers,: used across multiple companies with regular updates, a real measure of adoption rather than a pilot.
Real-time performance monitoring: of tasks and team members, so managers can act on what is happening now.
Clear billable and non-billable hours,: which removes guesswork from invoicing and shows where time is spent.
Standardized timesheets and real-time reporting: create transparency and a single, unified system across projects.
Wazir has established itself as a flexible, dependable project management tool by fixing the everyday frustrations that other tools left alone: no real-time visibility, messy timesheets, and unclear hours. With per-organization environments, continuous updates, and clear billable tracking, it gives modern teams real-time insight and a single way to manage their work.
If inconsistent timesheets and after-the-fact reporting are costing your teams clarity, a purpose-built platform can fix it. Wazir shows what that looks like in production. Talk to the ViitorCloud team about your product or explore our SaaS product engineering capabilities.
